WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Benson Enterprises Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills, inventory management experience, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, purchasing, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience and a proven ability to manage operations efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Mazda Parts Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the parts department.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and control obsolescence.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase parts revenue.
Supervise, train, and coach parts department personnel.
Work closely with service and sales departments to support business objectives.
Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory reconciliation.
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Monitor department performance, expenses, and profitability.
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3–5 years of automotive parts management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts inventory and dealership operations.
Experience with dealer management systems (DMS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze reports and develop action plans.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
