Full Job Description

Regional Rehab Site Director

Blaire House of Milford, Blaire House of Worcester and West Side House are family owned and operated skilled nursing centers that have been serving seniors for 50 years. With the support of on-site full-time Rehab Office Coordinators, we are seeking a Regional Rehab Director to join our team and oversee these three sites.

The Regional Rehab Site Director functions as a member of our senior management team providing mentoring, leadership, and management to each facility to ensure optimal clinical and operational success. While maintaining performance improvement activities and the development of CQU activities, the director assures systems are in place to assess the performance of all personnel. In addition, the position requires efficient and effective department operations while requiring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year's management experience, preferably as a PTA or COTA.
Minimum of two years previous experience in aspects of rehabilitative services.
Must be licensed or certified in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as RPT, OTR, PTA, COTA, and/or Speech Pathologist.
The position requires a degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy assistant, or certified occupational therapy assistant.
Knowledge of infection control, sterile technique, and related impact rehabilitative medicine practice equipment.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer knowledge.

Hourly Rate: $43 - $47
