Position Overview

Are you passionate about people and interested in launching a career in recruiting within the fast-growing biotech sector? No prior recruiting experience? No problem. We provide best-in-class training to help you develop into a trusted career advisor and talent partner for clinical development professionals.

As an entry-level Clinical Development Recruiter based onsite in Framingham, MA, you’ll learn how to identify, engage, and support biotech clinical development candidates and connect them with meaningful consulting and full-time roles.

What You’ll Do

Build and nurture relationships with clinical development professionals at all career stages
Learn to identify candidate skills, goals, and project preferences
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client talent needs and match the right candidates
Support candidates throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience
Use our CRM and talent management tools to track candidate relationships and progress
Continuously learn about the biotech clinical development landscape and emerging hiring trends
