Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our corporate cafe. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing staff and maintaining high standards of food safety and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, personnel management, inventory control, food handling, and banquet coordination.

Duties

Manage the front of house operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff, including servers, and cashiers, to uphold service standards.
Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices within the kitchen and dining areas.
Coordinate banquet events, working closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and presentation.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest experiences.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food management processes effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized front of house environment that reflects the restaurant's brand.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Experience in inventory control processes is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Previous experience in corporate dining is a plus but not required.
