At Womb to Moon Family Care LLC, we’re building a team of exceptional professionals who are passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate support to growing families. As we continue expanding our services throughout Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey, we’re seeking experienced postpartum doulas and newborn care specialists who share our commitment to excellence.
Position
Certified Postpartum Doula and/or Certified Newborn Care Specialist
Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and role.

Qualifications
Certified Postpartum Doula and/or Certified Newborn Care Specialist
Minimum of 2 years of professional postpartum or newborn care experience
Experience providing overnight newborn care strongly preferred
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout your service area
Excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
Passion for providing exceptional, family-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
Carrot Fertility approved provider (or willing to become approved)
Experience supporting multiples, premature infants, or medically complex families
Additional certifications such as lactation support, infant sleep, or childbirth education are a plus
Responsibilities
Provide overnight and/or daytime postpartum support
Support newborn feeding, soothing, sleep, and overall infant care
Educate families using evidence-based practices while honoring each family’s goals
Maintain accurate shift notes and communicate effectively with the Womb to Moon care team
Represent Womb to Moon Family Care with warmth, professionalism, and integrity
