The Role
We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a part-time capacity.
This role combines:
- Aesthetic injecting and advanced skin treatments
- Patient consultations and treatment planning
- Long-term relationship building and care management
You will work closely with patients to guide them through thoughtful, personalized treatment plans, not one-off services.
What You Will Be Doing
Aesthetic Treatments
- Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.)
- Dermal fillers (hyaluronic acid-based)
- Biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse)
- PRP and PRF injections
Skin and Energy-Based Treatments
- Microneedling with PRP, PRF, or exosomes
- Chemical peels
- InMode technologies including Morpheus8, IPL, laser hair removal, and skin tightening
Consultation and Care Planning
- Conduct comprehensive consultations
- Assess patient goals and anatomy
- Develop personalized, multi-step treatment plans
- Educate patients on options and expectations
- Guide patients toward appropriate next steps in their care
Functional Health Integration (NP Preferred)
For Nurse Practitioners, there is an opportunity to expand into:
- Functional health evaluations
- Lab ordering and interpretation
- Hormone optimization, weight loss, and wellness therapies
For RNs, training and exposure to functional health will be available over time.
Patient Experience
- Build strong patient relationships and trust
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
- Support long-term care plans and rebooking
Growth and Engagement
- Participate in clinic events and community outreach
- Contribute to educational and social content
- Build your patient base within the practice
Schedule
Part-time, 18-20 hours per week
Typical clinic hours include:
- Tuesday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Schedules may vary based on patient demand and business needs. Flexibility is expected.
