Dental Office Manager – Ready to Level Up a Busy Practice in Mid-Town Omaha?

Hey there! We’re a thriving, patient-loving dental practice in mid-town Omaha on the lookout for a sharp, take-charge Office Manager who can keep the chaos organized and the team smiling (literally and figuratively).

If you thrive on making things run smoothly behind the scenes while the dentists do their magic, this could be your next great chapter. Bonus points if you’re bilingual in English and Spanish — we have a lot of Spanish-speaking patients and that skill is a huge asset here!

What You’ll Be Tackling (and Crushing):

Leading and managing our awesome front office and admin team — think scheduling, training, performance chats, and keeping everyone motivated
Mastering dentist credentialing — getting our docs properly enrolled and staying that way with insurance networks
Being the insurance claims superhero — expert-level filing, chasing down payments, handling appeals, and keeping accounts receivable healthy
Overseeing daily operations like patient flow, scheduling, and making sure the office hums along efficiently
Handling billing, collections, payment plans, and patient financial questions with patience and professionalism
Keeping us compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and all the important rules (no drama here!)
Managing office supplies, inventory, and the occasional “we’re out of this — fix it now” moments
Supporting patient experience — turning potential headaches into happy patients
Teaming up with the doctors on ways to grow the practice and streamline processes

Who We’re Looking For:

3+ years of solid experience as a Dental Office Manager (or strong senior admin role in a dental setting)
True expert when it comes to dental insurance claims processing and follow-up
Hands-on experience with dentist credentialing and network enrollments
Comfortable with dental software Eaglesoft — bonus points if you’re a pro)
X-ray certification and coronal polishing certification are a big plus (helpful for supervising clinical support or stepping in when needed)
Natural leader with great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple things without dropping the ball
Someone who enjoys a lively (but professional) office vibe and wants to be part of a team that actually likes working together
