Full Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about building relationships, has a strong understanding of the sales process, and is eager to leverage their skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize a consultative approach to engage with customers and prospects, understanding their business goals and identifying solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, leveraging market knowledge to stay ahead of competitors.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business development and revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Utilize technical sales skills to effectively communicate complex product information to technical decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports, tracking progress toward sales targets and providing regular updates to management.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a technical sales or outside sales role.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and prospects.
- Experience with account management and business development.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales situations.
- Knowledge of the technology sales industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple sales opportunities and meet sales targets.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
