Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Roofing Project Manager & Insurance Claims Soecialist to lead and oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all aspects of roofing construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, scheduling, and team leadership will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale infrastructure projects and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Work with homeowners, adjusters, sales managers and reps, as well insurance companies to manage the roof installation in a fast and professional manner.
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of roofing projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project goals.
Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial controls using construction management software and project management tools.
Provide outstanding customer service and communication through all steps of the project and through supplemention.
Coordinate with subcontractors, install teams and clients to ensure outstanding experiences through all parts of the process.
Utilize project scheduling software such as Microsoft Office suite to develop timelines, track progress, and adjust schedules proactively.
Order eagleview reports, pull permits, and order and coordinate material purchases and deliveries.
Work with both the sales team and install team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and standards related to roofing systems and infrastructure projects.
Work with insurance companies in supplementation and with adjusters to maximize customer claims compensation.
Oversee contract administration including scope of work, change orders, and subcontractor management using contracts documentation.
Implement cost management strategies to control expenses without compromising quality or safety standards.
Assist with online customer reviews and post installation surveys for continual feedback and referrals.

Experience

Proven experience in roofing project management.
Proven experience in working with insurance companies and the supplementation process.
Extensive knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling.
Bilingual preferred (not required)
Familiarity with construction regulations related to roofing systems, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
Demonstrated ability to lead project coordination efforts from planning through execution while maintaining strict adherence to budgets and schedules.
Proficiency in project leadership skills including time management, communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making under pressure.
Sales and marketing experience and outstanding attention to detail and customer service.
