Join Arbor Day Farm as a PM Server/Bartender and help create meaningful guest experiences while advancing the Foundation’s mission right here in Nebraska City.
You’ll report to our Restaurant Manager.
You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Culinary.

Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska – Arbor Day Farm Campus
Schedule: Flexible, Weekday and Weekend Availability
Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something — it’s worth doing well.
Assist in a variety of functions. From clearing and setting tables, serving food, bartending/serving drinks, and helping us maintain cleanliness.

What You’ll Bring/ Experience or Skills needed for the role:

Food and beverage experience. Ability to accurately take food and beverage orders, deliver orders in a timely manner, and clear/set tables.

Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members are eligible for paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, floating holiday, and end-of-year floating holiday hours. Peak Team Members earn sick leave in accordance with Nebraska's Paid Sick Leave law.
