We’re Looking for an Experienced Trainer!
Join our Team at Miss Fit and fulfill an integral role in our mission to provide a service
that produces life-long impacts in the health and wellness of the women in our
community. With a focus on more than just fitness, our program is centered around
results, experience, and community. Using the revolutionary approach our of Miss Fit
Method, we create predictable outcomes, an intentionally varied fitness experience, and a sisterhood built on empowerment. Our clients start with the end goal in mind, which is no longer hoped for but expected, and with daily support from our Team they make their dream of being healthier a reality.

Responsibilities:

This position consists of both group training and individualized coaching.
Work one on one with clients, delivering a relationship-based personalized coaching experience
Retention of existing clients through amazing customer service

Qualifications:

Love helping others, being around and in front of people
Positive minded, high energy, enthusiastic individuals, with an extreme level of
Commitment to their role and ownership of the outcomes it creates for the client.
Strong communicators, with good people skills, and are experts at redirecting a client’s negative views of self or lack of confidence, to that of a positive one.
Organized, detail oriented, adaptable, and adjust to change easily.
Able to work a wide variety of hours, ranging from early mornings, mid mornings, evenings, and some Saturday mornings.
