Full Job Description

The Leggett Group (TLG) is an independently owned, innovative psychotherapy practice with locations in Roslindale and Framingham, Massachusetts. We are known for providing exceptional clinical care while fostering a supportive, collaborative, and intellectually engaging work environment, as well as for offering exceptional benefits, strong clinical support, and a workplace culture that prioritizes the success and well-being of our staff.

Our clinicians offer therapy across a wide range of specialties, with particular expertise in perinatal mental health, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, trauma-sensitive treatment, CBT, DBT mindfulness-based interventions, and compassion-focused psychotherapy.

Position Overview

We are actively seeking pre-licensed or provisionally licensed therapists who are looking to complete supervised clinical hours in a highly supportive group practice setting. This opportunity is available in our Roslindale and Framingham locations, with flexibility for hybrid work and remote options available for experienced clinicians.

We are looking for motivated, mature clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment and have experience providing outpatient therapy services.

Preferred Clinical Experience

We are especially interested in candidates with experience or strong interest in:

Racial trauma and culturally responsive care
Perinatal mental health
LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy
Addiction and recovery support
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Adolescent therapy
General outpatient psychotherapy

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage a clinical caseload and, with support and training, build toward maintaining approximately 25 client sessions per week.
