Full Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare and medical technology organization, is seeking an Analyst, Product Surveillance II (Sr. Quality Specialist) to join their team. As an Analyst, Product Surveillance II (Sr. Quality Specialist), you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting Product Surveillance and Regulatory Compliance Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Analyst – Complaints & MDR Reporting
Location: Burlington, MA (100% Onsite)
Pay Range: $40-$42/hr

What's the Job?

Manage complaint handling and product surveillance activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Conduct quality-related reviews and investigations.
Analyze quality data using Excel and Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 4 years of Quality Assurance or related experience.
Experience with complaint handling and medical writing.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and Power BI.
