Position Title

Nurse Practitioner (NP) Injector – Aesthetic Medicine

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner Injector to join our aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate has experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments, strong consultation skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve natural-looking results. This role combines clinical expertise, artistry, patient education, and relationship building in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
Assess patient medical history, contraindications, and suitability for procedures
Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, aftercare, and maintenance plans
Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records
Ensure compliance with state regulations, safety standards, and infection-control protocols
Manage and respond to patient concerns or adverse reactions appropriately
Support client retention through exceptional patient care and follow-up
Collaborate with physicians, aestheticians, and clinic staff to optimize patient experience
Stay current on industry trends, products, and advanced injection techniques

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 1–2 years of aesthetic injection experience preferred
Proficiency with cosmetic injectables such as:
Botulinum toxin products
Dermal fillers
Biostimulators (preferred)
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
Ability to build patient trust and maintain confidentiality
Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine settings
Existing patient/client following
Advanced aesthetic training certifications
Experience with laser treatments or other cosmetic procedures

Skills & Competencies

Attention to detail and facial symmetry
Professional bedside manner
Strong ethical and clinical judgment
Time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Customer service and patient retention mindset

Work Environment

Medical spa or aesthetic clinic setting
Standing for extended periods may be required
Flexible scheduling including evenings or weekends may be needed

Pay: $64.31 - $77.45 per hour
