Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Otolaryngology Physician, where your expertise will directly impact patient lives by diagnosing and treating ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck conditions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You will utilize advanced medical imaging, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and cutting-edge diagnostic tools to provide comprehensive ENT services. Your commitment to excellence will help improve quality of life for diverse patient populations across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Duties

Conduct thorough clinical evaluations, including physical examinations and patient assessments, to diagnose ENT disorders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating surgical procedures, medical therapies, and minimally invasive interventions.
Utilize medical imaging techniques like CT scans and radiology reports to support accurate diagnoses.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across specialties including cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, oncology, and emergency medicine to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Manage airway management procedures and perioperative care for surgical patients requiring ENT interventions.
Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems like Epic, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and documentation accuracy.
Engage in clinical research initiatives and stay current with advancements in otolaryngology and related fields to continually enhance treatment approaches.

Experience

Post-residency experience in otolaryngology or a related specialty demonstrating proficiency in diagnosing complex ENT conditions.
Hands-on experience with surgical procedures involving the ear, nose, throat, and head & neck regions.
Familiarity with diagnostic radiology tools such as CT scans and nuclear medicine relevant to ENT diagnostics.
Experience utilizing EMR systems like Epic or similar platforms for patient documentation and care coordination.
Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis protocols across multiple disciplines including dermatology, pulmonology, allergy & immunology, and audiology enhances comprehensive patient management.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providing patient education on treatment plans.
