This candidate will provide services 2 days a week in the Rich Hill School District, and 3 days a week in area clinics. (El Dorado Springs/Nevada). Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
As a School-Based/Outpatient Therapist, you'll provide meaningful behavioral health and substance use services that empower children, adolescents, families, and adults to achieve their goals. Working across school and outpatient settings, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy, partner with educators and community supports, and help expand access to high-quality care in rural communities where services are often limited. Provide behavioral health and/or substance use assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy in both school-based and outpatient settings.
- Partner with school personnel, families, and community providers to coordinate care and support student and client success.
- Provide consultation, psychoeducation, and behavioral health education to schools and community partners as needed.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing, and regulatory standards.
- Participate as an active member of a multidisciplinary care team to provide coordinated, person-centered services.
- Track required program outcomes, productivity, and quality measures.
- Maintain professional licensure, complete required trainings, and uphold ethical and clinical standards.
- Travel between assigned school locations and outpatient sites as needed.

Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required
Licensure/Certification
- Must possess and maintain a current, active provisional clinical license in the state of Missouri (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFT, as applicable)
- Working knowledge of DSM-5 required
- Must obtain and maintain current CPR certification within 60 days of hire
- Must obtain and maintain certification in an approved crisis intervention methodology (CPI, MANDT, or CALM) within 60 days of hire
- A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
