Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Professional Airbnb Cleaner to ensure that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable stay. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across multiple residential properties. Your attention to detail, efficient time management, and passion for hospitality will help create memorable guest experiences and uphold the reputation of our rental properties. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise and contribute to a thriving hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, floors are cleaned and polished, and linens are laundered to meet hygiene standards.
Handle heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or appliances safely during deep cleans or maintenance tasks.
Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with hosts and guests when needed.
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with sanitation standards.

Experience

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management is preferred.
Experience with floor care techniques such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces.
Familiarity with outdoor work environments including patio or garden cleaning is a plus.
Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities enhances your suitability for this role.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
Strong time management skills to complete cleaning schedules promptly without compromising quality.
