This Medical-Surgical Telemetry Nurse Manager supports a unit equipped with centralized cardiac monitoring, smart IV pumps, and an integrated EHR that streamlines coordination and documentation. The RN Manager – Med Surg/Tele will oversee teams caring for diverse patient populations, including post-operative, cardiac, and complex medical cases requiring continuous rhythm surveillance. The Nurse Manager Med Surg Telemetry ensures safe staffing, exemplary communication, and a culture of accountability.

The Nurse Manager Med Surg Telemetry typically reports to a Director of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Services or the Chief Nursing Officer, partnering closely with clinical educators, charge nurses, and unit-based councils. This Medical-Surgical Telemetry Nurse Manager provides 24/7 leadership for operations, staffing, performance improvement, and compliance with standards of care.
