Delta Mechanical is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Field Supervisor / Sales Supervisor to lead our residential service operations in Las Vegas.
This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing field operations, managing projects from sale to completion, coaching technicians, supporting large sales opportunities, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong plumber, an effective leader, and a confident salesperson who can build customer trust while helping technicians close larger opportunities. You'll spend time in the field supporting your team, ensuring quality workmanship, solving technical challenges, and helping drive the continued growth of our service department.
- Supervise residential plumbing technicians in the field.

Manage projects from the initial sale through final completion.

Conduct job site visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and company standards.

Assist technicians with technical troubleshooting and complex plumbing repairs.

Coordinate project schedules, materials, permits, inspections, and customer communication.

Review job documentation, estimates, invoices, notes, and photos for quality and accuracy.

Monitor callbacks, warranty work, profitability, and project performance.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a five-star customer experience.
- Support technicians on large repair and replacement opportunities.

Assist with in-home sales presentations and closing high-value plumbing projects.

Coach technicians on communication, presentation, and sales techniques.

Increase team conversion rates and average ticket through ride-alongs and field coaching.

Build customer confidence through honest recommendations and technical expertise.

Help achieve monthly revenue and profitability goals for the service department.
- Train, mentor, and develop technicians through regular coaching and ride-alongs.

Hold technicians accountable for workmanship, documentation, safety, and customer service.

Work closely with dispatch, operations, and office staff to improve efficiency and communication.
The right candidate is someone who leads from the front. You'll be equally comfortable stepping into a customer's home to help close a major project, mentoring a technician through a difficult repair, or ensuring a multi-day installation stays on schedule and to company standards.

- Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience.

Proven experience selling residential plumbing repairs and replacements.

Previous leadership experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, Field Supervisor, or Service Manager preferred.

Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, sewer replacements, water service replacements, water heaters, and repiping.

Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to close large plumbing projects ethically and professionally.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
