BBLC is a Premier Christian Early Learning Center opening in Fall 2026 on the campus of CCLV Church (Champion Center Las Vegas). More than a preschool, BBLC is a ministry designed to provide exceptional early childhood education while helping children flourish academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

About CCLV Church
Founded in 1972, CCLV Church has faithfully served the Las Vegas Valley for more than five decades. We are a multigenerational, multicultural church committed to helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, discover their purpose, and make a lasting difference in our city.
From weekend worship to community outreach, family ministries, leadership development, and now Better Beginnings Learning Center, our desire is to reflect the heart of Christ and be a blessing to the families of Southern Nevada.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional leader to become our Founding Center Director.

What You’ll Do
Phase One – Launch Better Beginnings
Before opening, you’ll work alongside church leadership to prepare BBLC for a successful launch by:
- Leading licensing and operational readiness
- Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing the founding team
- Establishing policies, procedures, and operational systems
- Assisting with curriculum selection and classroom design
- Preparing classrooms, records, and staff for licensing approval
- Leading enrollment efforts, community outreach, and family tours
- Creating a culture of excellence from day one
Phase Two – Lead Better Beginnings
Once BBLC opens, you’ll provide strategic leadership in every area of the center, including:
- Organizational Leadership
- Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Family Engagement & Enrollment
- Child Development & Curriculum
- Licensing Compliance & Risk Management
- Financial Stewardship
- Facility Operations
- Spiritual Leadership
- Culture Building
First-Year Priorities
Success during the first year will be measured by your ability to:
