Full Job Description

Job Description: As a Process Server for Nevada Legal Support Services, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that legal documents are served timely and efficiently to designated properties. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving assignments from our office, accurately posting notices on properties before the specified due dates, and maintaining clear and precise records of service. We pay $40/per posting of a property & $40 for Process Serves.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect documents via email and printing.

Serve/Post legal documents by posting them on designated properties in the Mesquite/Overton NV area, adhering to all legal requirements and company policies.

Ensure all documents are posted before the due dates provided.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all attempts and services, including dates, times, and outcomes using our database.

Communicate effectively with office staff regarding the status of assignments and any challenges encountered.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

PILB License Required

Must pass a background check

Knowledge of the Mesquite/Overton area and ability to navigate efficiently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities.

Previous experience as a Process Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
