Full Job Description

Position Summary:

The Process Specialist is responsible for handling proofs of service and process serving requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review the documents being served on the clients behalf.
Print or e-mail the documents for the server.
Provide any special instructions as indicated by the client.
Make sure the job is assigned to the server in Serve Manager.
Dispatch the work and follow up with Servers for status.
Update our clients regarding their proof of service and any additional information as needed.
Making operational and process decisions
Solving problems creatively
Organizing and delegating assignments to process members.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
0-1 years of previous experience in a similar role.

Schedule/Location:

In Office: Henderson, NV
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
