Account Manager Position Summary
Our accounts/collection team members are highly motivated, goal driven, and people oriented. In this role you’ll be collecting via phone calls , text messages and field visits and processing orders.
A account manager will be expected to fulfill collection goals while continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Account Manager team member position is a full-time opportunity (5 days per week) offering a family atmosphere, great pay, as well as future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits, a 401k, paid holidays, and we are closed on Sundays. Total compensation of approximately $16 - 22 per hour depends on performance and includes Collection/sales bonuses.
Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meet collection targets / goals
- Completing and reviewing all sales orders
- Implementing promotions
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Automotive and/or rent-to-own (RTO) Collection and sales experience a plus
- _Bilingual in Spanish a Plus (fluent written and spoken English and Spanish)_

- Valid state driver license with a clean driving history
- Pass drug screen and background check (drug and marijuana free workplace)
- Flexible work schedule
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 50 pounds
- Monday- Saturday work schedule with Sunday and one week day off
Prior experience as customer service, sales rep, account executive, account manager, sales manager, account representative, and basic computer knowledge is very helpful to the success at this opportunity.
