As a Project Manager you will:

Expand your experience across diverse project types and delivery methods, strengthening your technical knowledge and leadership capabilities
Influence company operations beyond your individual projects, contributing ideas that improve processes, client satisfaction, and overall project delivery
Mentor and support the growth of Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, helping build strong teams while expanding your leadership experience

Requirements of this Project Manager role:

5+ years’ experience on large ground-up commercial, mixed-use, multifamily and affordable-housing projects
Industry related degree
Effective leadership skills with the ability to clearly communicate
Ability to collaborate with subcontractors, build schedules and perform effective value engineering
Have established subcontractor relationships
Proficiency in Procore, Excel, MS project and other construction software
Design review and interpretation skillset
