About us

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Business Office Associate to join our growing company. Your chief goal in this position will be completing all business operation tasks. You will be responsible for administering Inventory Associates are correctly tracking systems, reviewing quantity levels of products, and performing a daily analysis.

A successful Business Office Assistant is a trustworthy professional with outstanding leadership, record-keeping and analytical abilities. The chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to ensure accuracy of inventory.

Duties:

-Scouting, hiring and interviewing new potential team members

-Reviewing time clocks are accurate for all team members

- Ensuring inventory control activities are completed accurately

- Replenishing daily inventories

- Use a POS system to track and manage inventory

- Recieving orders and tagging as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area environment

- Provide administrative support, such as filing paperwork and maintaining records

- Manage drivers during their daily duties

- Assist customers with complaints or concerns

Requirements:

- Must be 21 to apply

-Previous experience with Metrc Track and Trace

- Previous experience with Blaze POS system

- Previous experience as a Business Office

- Proficient in using technology, including inventory systems and inventory management software

- Industry references

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
