About the Position

You will provide direct administrative support to the Owner and Operations Manager and help keep our busy office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Managing calendars, schedules, appointments, and changing priorities
Answering phones and communicating with customers, vendors, and team members
Tracking customer payments and job expenses
Preparing monthly reports
Working with vendors and maintaining records
Organizing files and office operations
Following up on important tasks and deadlines
Problem-solving and taking initiative
Providing general administrative support as needed

This is a fast-paced position where priorities can change quickly. The ideal candidate can work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize, stay organized, and anticipate what needs to be done.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of Executive Assistant experience
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Professional, positive, and personable attitude
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Highly dependable and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and take initiative
QuickBooks experience preferred

This is not an entry-level administrative position.

We are specifically seeking someone with demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative, executive, office, or operational support.

Candidates with experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Senior Administrative Assistant, Administrative Manager, Office Administrator, Operations Coordinator, or similar senior-level administrative or support positions are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Growth

$50,000–$65,000 annually

Work Location: In Person — Auburn, California
