Personal Real Estate Executive Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We’re looking for a positive, highly organized, and proactive Personal Real Estate Executive Assistant to join our established real estate business. As a top-producing agent serving Nevada and Placer Counties, I’m looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating organization, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Manage the agent’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Assist with listing and transaction administration from contract to close.
- Communicate professionally with clients, escrow officers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, vendors, and cooperating agents.
- Schedule appointments, inspections, appraisals, signings, help plan business related events.
- Prepare listing paperwork, contracts, and other real estate documents.
- Coordinate marketing projects with Marketing Manager, client events, and business initiatives.
- Track deadlines and ensure important tasks are completed on time.
- Follow detailed systems and checklists to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with client communication before, during, and after transactions to provide a five-star experience.
- Handle administrative tasks, database management, and special projects as needed.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help maximize the agent’s productivity.
Qualifications
- Current California Real Estate License required.
- Real estate administrative, executive assistant, or agent experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, always happy at work , professional, and positive attitude.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating exceptional client experiences.
