Major Objectives:

The main objective of a Lawn Care Technician is to assist the crew leader in the completion of various management services offered by Hawcott Lawn Service. The Lawn Care Technician will safely and accurately complete services assigned to them by the crew leader to residential and commercial sites. The Lawn Care Technician may be responsible for performing mowing, spring & fall cleanup, pruning, overseeding, light landscaping, site management, and core aeration services. The Lawn Care Technician will be expected to interact with clients in a positive, honest, and personable manner.

Essential Functions:

Provide proper equipment maintenance of the various equipment used in the services performed.
Keep accurate and up to date records of work completed.
Monitor the overall health and quality of the turf areas and landscaped areas that are maintained.
Provide suggestions and input to improve accuracy, safety, and quality with the goal of continuous improvement for the company.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong client orientation.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Great work ethic.
No experience necessary as we can train the right individual

Prerequisites:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Clean driving record no OWI or DUI
