Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Aesthetics to join our growing team at Spa Larimar. The ideal candidate is a confident, skilled injector with established experience in neurotoxins and dermal fillers who values patient safety, natural results, and exceptional care. We are looking for someone who enjoys building lasting patient relationships and is motivated to grow alongside our medical aesthetics department.

This is a part-time position with opportunity for continued growth and potential leadership for the right candidate.

Duties

Administer aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with precision, safety, and attention to natural-looking results
Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments to understand aesthetic goals and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clear patient education regarding treatment recommendations, expected outcomes, pre- and post-treatment care, and appropriate follow-up
Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
Follow all established clinical protocols, safety standards, sanitation procedures, and medical oversight requirements
Assess patient expectations and determine when treatment is appropriate, including confidently recommending against treatment when necessary
Build strong, lasting patient relationships through exceptional care, communication, and follow-up
Comfortably discuss treatment options, pricing, and recommendations while maintaining a patient-first approach
Participate in ongoing education and training to remain current with advancements, techniques, and best practices in medical aesthetics
Support the continued growth and development of Spa Larimar’s medical aesthetics and wellness services.

Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers preferred
Strong consultation, facial assessment, and individualized treatment-planning skills
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, patient safety, and complication management
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to set realistic expectations and navigate sensitive or challenging patient conversations professionally
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, patient loyalty, and long-term relationships
Detail-oriented with strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while also being a supportive and collaborative member of the team
Commitment to continuing education and staying current with advancements in medical aesthetics
Interest or experience in wellness, longevity, and regenerative aesthetics is a plus
