Full Job Description

Overview
Magnolia Wellness specializes in weight loss and esthetics. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The candidate must possess a strong background in various esthetic treatments and services, especially facials, eyelash extensions and full body waxing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Flexible on days & hours and could eventually become full time.

As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your expertise in esthetics, combined with excellent customer service skills, will contribute to the overall success of our clinic. Pay starts out at $18 hr plus gratuity.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, lash & brow services, body treatments, exfoliation and makeup application.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
Provide exceptional guest services by ensuring client comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
Help cover clinic front desk when needed and available.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
Experience in med spa settings is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive client relationship.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
