POSITION IS FLEXIBLE YOU CAN WORK THE DAYS AND HOURS YOU CHOOSE!

Our mission is to empower individuals to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes while receiving the personalized care they deserve.

Position Summary: We are seeking a Home Care Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering quality home care, managing client assessments, and ensuring optimal caregiving practices within the home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct admissions and collaborate with families/clients to create a supportive home environment.
Perform 90-day supervisory visits in accordance with company policy.
Assist with Quality Improvement (QI) chart audits as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Adhere to the Clients' Bill of Rights, Confidentiality/HIPAA Guidelines, and ECHC Policies and Procedures.
Conduct annual assessments and reassessments for clients and complete client surveys.
Execute annual skills check-offs for home care workers.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a diploma and/or BSN.
Current and valid RN license in North Carolina in good standing.
Demonstrated experience in home care or home health settings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and empathetic demeanor.
Flexible with scheduled work hours.
Valid North Carolina Driver's License and reliable transportation
Proficient in computer skills
Self-motivated, with strong time management abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
