Full Job Description

Job Description:

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team! If you enjoy working with your hands, being creative, and seeing projects come to life, we'd love to meet you.

No embroidery or sewing experience is required, we're happy to train the right person. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do

Operate a commercial embroidery machine for custom apparel and hat orders
Create and finish embroidered patches
Assemble final products, including applying patches to hats and other apparel
Prepare, package, and ship online orders
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards
Help keep the production area organized and running smoothly
Assist with other shop tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Detail-oriented with pride in producing quality work
Willingness to learn new skills
Comfortable working independently as well as with a small team

Experience

No experience required, we provide training.
Experience with embroidery, sewing, crafting, apparel production, or shipping is a plus, but not necessary.
