Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion, precision, and innovation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and service standards are consistently met. Your leadership will inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining efficient workflow and cost control. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive, collaborative environment that encourages growth and high performance
Oversee food production, ensuring dishes meet quality standards, presentation expectations, and dietary requirements
Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
Develop innovative menus aligned with current trends and customer preferences while maintaining operational feasibility
Enforce strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and industry best practices
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery
Monitor shift operations, manage staffing schedules, and ensure timely food preparation and service during peak hours

Requirements

Proven experience in high-volume environments with strong culinary skills and a comprehensive understanding of food preparation techniques
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced settings
Extensive background in food service management, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
Knowledge of dietary department standards and catering operations within the food industry
Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and HACCP principles
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments
Experience in managing banquet services, catering events, and restaurant operations is highly desirable
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen management
