Join our dynamic team at Carlson AirFlo as a key contributor to our warehouse operations! This role offers a unique opportunity to combine administrative precision with logistics expertise. You’ll provide critical data entry and quality inspection support, ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication across departments. Works closely with the Warehouse Manager and warehouse operations team to make a tangible impact on our success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative and operational support for the Carlson AirFlo warehouse team. Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with data entry, inventory tracking, order tracking, quality inspections, and scheduling. Will work under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager in support of the warehouse operations team.

Quality Inspection:

Inspect products per inspection procedures and on demand.
Prepare and maintain receiving inspections and record measurements according to procedures.
Inspection of all parts that are picked to ensure accuracy with types and quantities.
Inspection of all assembled parts to verify quality standards are met.
Audit of all shipments to ensure they are complete and match the orders prior to shipping.

Scheduling/Administrative:

Notify the Sales and/or Customer Service teams of any schedule impacts to customers.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP function.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

· High School diploma required with an associate degree in business or accounting highly desired.

· 2+ years office/administrative experience working with customer service, operations or accounting.

· Proven experience in warehouse work activities specifically in the quality control area and administrative activities.

· Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory control.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

· Strong PC skills specifically with Excel (spreadsheets), Word, and other Microsoft Office programs such as D365 system.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

· Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.

· Strong math aptitude and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
