Job Title: Full-Time State Certified Physician Assistant (PA) – Family Practice

Location: Iselin, NJ

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. Position Overview:
As a full-time Physician Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced family practice setting, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in family practice or urgent care, and be proficient in EHR systems. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to offer exceptional care and foster a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and patient education
Conduct physical exams and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR system
Manage and follow up on patient care, including lab results and referrals
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Participate in office call rotation (4-6 days per month) to manage urgent patient needs
Foster a collaborative team environment by working closely with ancillary and support staff
Develop and maintain knowledge of organizational resources to assist in patient care
Ensure high standards of customer service through effective communication and problem-solving

Qualifications:

* Required

State certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant in New Jersey
3-5 years of experience in a family practice or urgent care setting preferred
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of specialties and support staff
Ability to develop knowledge of and utilize organizational resources for patient care
