Job Summary

Are you passionate about great food and exceptional customer service? Do you have a solid background in the fast food industry and the drive to take your career to the next level? If so, we want YOU to join our team at Jersey Mike's Subs at College Avenue, New Brunswick!

Duties

Team Leadership: Assist the manager in supervising and motivating crew to ensure top quality service and food production.
Customer Service Excellence: Enjoy being a face and a name to every customer who comes in our store. We want all of our customers to receive a warm welcome and a meal made to perfection.
Operations Management: Help oversee daily operations, supporting the manager and crew with inventory management, ordering supplies, training and following food safety protocols.
Training and Development: Train new crew members, ensuring they understand Jersey Mike's Standards and are equipped to succeed.
Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally.
Drive Sales: Help the store to achieve its sales goals and improve overall store performance

Qualifications

Experience. 1-2 years experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant, in a supervisory or leadership role.
Customer Focused. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
Leadership Skills. Proven ability to lead, motivate and train a team in a fast-paced environment.
Problem Solver. Able to think on your feet and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Strong Communication. Clear communication skills, both with customers and crew.
Flexible Availability. Able to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Room for Growth. We are looking for someone eager to grow and develop within our Jersey Mike's stores. Future managerial opportunities are available for motivated candidates.
