Who We Are Looking For?
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a medical assistant (medical, dental, chiropractic, orthodontic, physical therapy)!!!! Non-negotiable
- Currently (or recently) with the same employer for 2+ years — we value people who commit, and we commit back. Training takes time and we want a long-term team member.
- Comfortable with patient intake, vitals, charting/scribing, scheduling, and front-and-back-office flow
- Warm with patients, precise with details
- X-ray experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train the right person
This is NOT for: job jumpers, clock watchers, negative nellies, drama mamas, or anyone allergic to a team that measures results.
What You Can Expect?
After your training with us, you can expect clinical work like performing vitals, clinical exams, charting notes during doctor dictation, taking x-rays, performing therapeutic modalities such as: decompression, shockwave, neuro-signaling, isolated cryotherapy and more! You will work directly in patient care one-on-one with patients who need your help, kindness and loving heart. You will also learn the front office responsibilities like scheduling, treatment plans, patient communication, office flow and general office upkeep. Finally, you will cross-train at our wellness and recovery studio where you will learn how to give a facility tour, help clients become members, learn about state-of-the-art recovery tools like whole-body cryotherapy, infrared saunas, red-light, compression therapy and more!

Schedule:
We are open seven days a week to serve our community. The hours listed below are open hours and listed in eastern time. Your schedule will consist of five out of seven days. You will be required to be at work 15-30 minutes before the opening time and stay 15-30 minutes after the last schedule appointment. Our schedule is done for a full month at a time so you can plan your personal life easier!
Sunday 10-2
Monday-Friday 9-6
Saturday 8-3
