Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing Certification: Active Georgia Property & Casualty License
Minimum 6 months Prior Experience in Property and Casualty insurance sales.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Centric: A commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional guidance.
Adaptability: Capable of maintaining productivity and teamwork in a remote work environment.
Team-oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve agencies common goals.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with PC computer, CRM systems and communication tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Policy Customization: Develop and propose insurance policies that align with each client's individual needs.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering complementary products or services.

Be assertive and follow up on leads provided by the agency.

Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and referrals to the agency.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and updates to provide well-informed recommendations.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Set and achieve monthly sales targets within specified timeframes.
