Overview

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Back Up Finance Manager / Sales Consultant to join our energetic sales team. This role is vital in supporting our dealership’s sales and finance operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and achieving outstanding sales results. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automotive sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships across diverse markets.

Duties

Assist in managing the sales pipeline by engaging prospective clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications.
Support the finance department by explaining automotive financing options, including leasing and loan programs, to customers.
Drive high-end and passenger car sales through effective upselling, deal closing, and client communication strategies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships via excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and personalized communication.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage inventory information, and support sales team efforts.
Participate in marketing initiatives to attract new clients and promote dealership specials.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining organizational standards.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales within the automotive industry or retail environment.
Demonstrated success in deal closing, upselling, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation techniques.
Strong organizational skills with experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM systems or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and client relationship building capabilities.
Automotive dealership experience is highly preferred, especially familiarity with inventory management and automotive financing options.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
Prior experience in automotive finance support or sales management is advantageous.
