The Opportunity
You’ll work side-by-side with licensed clinicians to deliver care that actually changes lives — across Outpatient, IOP, and PHP programs.

You’ll get hands-on hours, master evidence-based modalities, and learn what it takes to lead in modern mental health care.

What You’ll Do

Lead group therapy with CBT, DBT, MBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
Deliver 1:1 and family sessions under supervision.
Learn the business and compliance side of clinical care.
Join weekly team trainings that blend neuroscience, mindfulness, and impact.
Collaborate across the care team, operations, and business development — because healing is a team sport.

Compensation

Pre-licensed associates: 55K-65K annually + Bonus depending on experience and caseload.
Supervision, CEUs, and cross-licensure sponsorship included.
Full benefits including but not limited to quarterly bonuses.
