Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate should have experience with technical drawings, CNC programming, and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, grinders) according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
Load raw materials and monitor machining operations to ensure proper cutting, drilling, or shaping.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure adherence to tolerances.
Make adjustments to machine controls or tool offsets as needed.
Document production records and maintain equipment logs.
Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.
Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and other machinists to improve processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with measuring instruments and quality control standards.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
