Our Administrative Services Department is seeking a full-time, 37.5 hours per week, hybrid, Administrative Services Analyst 1 (COBRA Specialist) to provide excellent customer service by acting as the primary contact for csONE Benefit Solutions customers regarding COBRA Administration.

Some of the Responsibilities for this Role:
- Provides prompt and courteous customer service to individual clients, employer groups, marketing personnel, and producers by answering questions and responding to requests for matters related to COBRA Administration, changes in the regulations, notice requirements, and the enrollment process.

Resolves customer inquiries by working collaboratively with other internal department personnel.

Responds to questions and concerns received over the phone promptly and empathetically.

Researches COBRA Administration issues and billing questions to respond to customer inquiries. Sends written correspondence by composing and preparing letters and other departmental communications.

Interacts with clients, coworkers, and management in positive, supportive, and cooperative ways.

Maintains technical knowledge by attending company-sponsored and external training and education programs and workshops; participates in meetings and seminars as appropriate.
Skills, Abilities & Knowledge for this Role: An associate's Degree in Business or a related field, plus at least two years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Customer service and/or billing administration experience is a must.
This is a multifaceted position that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to adapt from administration to customer service and back again in a short space of time. Additionally, this position will work with all layers of personnel within csONE Benefit Solutions, customers, and carriers that csONE Benefit Solutions administers.
Work Schedule for this Role: The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for this 37.5 hour per week position. This position will train on premises at our Concord, NH headquarters for up to 6 months then hybrid, 1-2 days per week, when deemed appropriate by the manager. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
