We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice with a loyal multigenerational patient base and a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and patient care. Our experienced, close-knit team is committed to providing a true 5-star experience from the first phone call through every stage of treatment.

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Dentist to join our collaborative and patient-focused practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking mentorship, clinical autonomy, long-term growth, and a supportive team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Negotiable daily base
35% of PRODUCTION
401(k) with 3–4% match
$500/yr CE allowance
Medical insurance: $350/month toward employee premium (negotiable)
Dental coverage: for employee and immediate family (lab fees only)

Schedule

4-day schedule: Monday through Thursday (open to part-time)

Mon 9 AM – 2 PM
Tue 8 AM – 5 PM
Wed 10 AM – 7 PM
Thu 8 AM – 5 PM
Part-time candidates and schedule flexibility will be considered for the right fit.

While Dr. Patel remains available for mentorship, case discussion, and ongoing support, the associate will function as the sole onsite doctor during scheduled clinical hours and should be comfortable practicing independently.
Digital X-rays and digital scanner
Strong emphasis on quality care and ethical treatment planning
Partnership/ownership opportunity may be available for the right candidate

Clinical Expectations
We encourage referrals when appropriate and do not expect associates to perform every procedure. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with:

Restorative dentistry
Crowns and bridges
Removable prosthetics
Basic extractions
Basic endodontics
Treating pediatric patients (approximately 25% of patient base)

New Graduates
We welcome motivated new graduates who have completed a GPR and are looking for mentorship and a supportive environment to begin their careers.

Location
Conveniently located with access to New Haven, Hartford, and NYC, offering the balance of suburban living with proximity to major metropolitan areas.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
