Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Painter to join our team. This position entails various maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repairs and general upkeep. The ideal candidate should have a clean driving record, be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. It is essential that the candidate has their own transportation to commute to New Ipswich, NH, each working morning.
Responsibilities:
Painting: Perform painting tasks such as interior and exterior surface preparation, painting walls, doors, and other surfaces as required. Ensure quality and neatness in all painting work.
Driving and Transportation: Have a clean driving record and provide your own transportation to commute to the worksite in New Ipswich, NH, each working morning.
Physical Stamina: Be physically capable of performing tasks that may require lifting heavy objects (50+ pounds), bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Follow proper safety protocols to prevent injuries.
Fast-Paced Environment: Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, where tasks and priorities may change throughout the day. Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
General Maintenance: Conduct general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, organizing, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the work area. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Work Schedule: Be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Maintain punctuality and attendance as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance or related fields is helpful.
Proficiency in painting, carpentry, light mechanical work, and light electrical work if possible.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation to commute to New Ipswich, NH, each working morning.
Physical strength and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Good time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.
