Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible DMV Title Clerk to join our team. The DMV Title Clerk position requires a strong motor vehicle title processing background and understanding of motor vehicle laws in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, as well as others. Notary Public commission required.

DMV Title Clerk Responsibilities

Prepare and process title documents for our clients, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Notarize documents as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates in the title database.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from clients and assisting them throughout the title process.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to title documents in a timely manner.
Work closely with auto auctions and other wholesale sellers.

DMV Title Clerk Qualifications

Previous experience in title processing field is required.
Notary Public required.
Strong understanding of NJ MVC laws and regulations.
Excellent research skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using Dealertrack and Google Sheets.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
