Our client, a leading organization in the corporate events and technology support industry, is seeking a dedicated Event Support Engineer to join their team. As an Event Support Engineer, you will be part of the Technical Services Department supporting executive leadership and event teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Deliver white-glove technical support for executives, board members, and VIP stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary technology contact for executive meetings, boardrooms, and leadership events.
- Provide on-site and remote support for corporate meetings, conferences, town halls, and special events.
- Set up, test, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment including displays, projectors, microphones, and conferencing systems.
- Support meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and related collaboration tools, ensuring seamless live events.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in Executive Support, Event Support, AV Support, or End User Services in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, and VIP stakeholders.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex, and other enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with audio-visual and conferencing technologies, including microphones, cameras, and digital signage.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of professionalism.
