Full Job Description

Join Apex Lighting – Premium Outdoor Lighting Installer

Apex Lighting is seeking an experienced Landscape Lighting Installer to help deliver premium outdoor lighting systems throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties, NJ.

We’re building a luxury outdoor lighting brand specializing in architectural lighting, landscape lighting, and permanent roofline lighting. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean, professional installations and exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Install premium low-voltage landscape lighting systems
Install transformers, timers, photocells, and smart controls
Run and conceal low-voltage wiring
Install uplights, path lights, downlights, wall wash lights, accent lights, and hardscape lighting
Aim and adjust fixtures during nighttime commissioning
Troubleshoot and repair existing systems
Maintain a clean, professional job site
Communicate professionally with homeowners

Qualifications

Experience installing low-voltage landscape lighting
Strong understanding of transformer sizing and voltage drop
Ability to create clean, concealed wire runs
Excellent attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own professional installation tools
Professional appearance and communication

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

FX Luminaire
WAC Landscape
Kichler
LuxR
Volt Lighting
Unique Lighting Systems
Hunter
Rain Bird

Electrical experience is a plus.
