Lead the strategy, innovation, and commercialization of J.P. Morgan's Structured Working Capital platform, delivering market-leading financing and liquidity solutions that help clients optimize working capital and support growth.
As a Product Manager in Trade and Working Capital, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Trade & Working Capital (“TW&C”) is a division of J.P. Morgan Payments. TW&C connects counterparties with market-leading Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, Contract Monetization, Commodity Trade Finance, Working Capital Lending, Export Agency Finance (EAF), and Traditional Trade solutions. Structured Working Capital is part of (T&WC) and includes Receivables Finance, Contract Monetization, Commodity Trade Finance and Inventory Finance.
Job responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic vision and product roadmap for Structured Working Capital solutions, driving client value, growth, and profitability.

Lead the development, enhancement, and commercialization of innovative working capital solutions in partnership with Sales, Treasury Services, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Serve as the product subject matter expert across Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, Borrowing Base Finance, Distributor Finance, and related liquidity solutions.

Drive client-centric innovation through market research, industry insights, and direct client engagement, translating opportunities into actionable product strategies.

Partner with Legal, Tax, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and maintain a robust control framework.

Lead product governance activities, securing approvals for new product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

Champion technology modernization and system enhancements that improve scalability, operational efficiency, and client experience.

Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.

Act as the primary liaison for regulators, Internal Audit, Product Control, and second-line Risk partners, overseeing regulatory reviews and maintaining a strong control environment.

Own product financial performance, including revenue growth, expense management, pricing strategy, cost allocation, and profitability initiatives.

Partner with Sales teams on client engagements, complex solution design, and strategic business development opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience

Experience within Product Management, Product Development, Trade Finance, Working Capital Solutions, or a related financial services discipline

Working knowledge of Structured Working Capital solutions, including Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, Borrowing Base Finance, Distributor Finance, and broader liquidity and working capital products.

Proven track record leading strategic product initiatives and managing complex product portfolios within a large financial institution.

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving product growth, profitability, and client adoption.

Extensive knowledge of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements applicable to Trade & Working Capital products.

Experience developing and delivering innovative client solutions that address complex financing and liquidity challenges.

Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform decision-making.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale initiatives from concept through implementation.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience influencing senior executives, regulators, risk partners, and clients.

Ability to partner with technology teams to drive product enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience within a global, highly matrixed financial institution.

Knowledge of adjacent Trade & Working Capital products, including Export Finance, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, and Structured Trade solutions.

Experience supporting product commercialization, pricing strategy, and market expansion.

Exposure to securitization, asset-backed financing, and capital markets solutions.

Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) preferred.
