Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and a vibrant team environment. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s success by managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining food quality, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Implement and uphold food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and food handling protocols to guarantee guest safety and compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to optimize food production and minimize waste.
Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
Handle staffing schedules, shift management, and interviewing processes to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
Cultivate a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, managerial communication, and leadership development among staff members.
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with culinary teams on food production processes including cooking techniques, food presentation, catering events, banquets, or special promotions.

Skills

Extensive experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting.
Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management roles with excellent team management skills.
Deep understanding of food safety management practices including food handling, sanitation standards, and health regulations.
Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures along with budgeting skills for cost control initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, training & development, and staff supervision.
Ability to analyze financial reports like profit & loss statements to support strategic decision-making.
Experience in managing diverse hospitality teams across casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
Basic math skills necessary for cash handling accuracy and inventory calculations.
Leadership qualities that inspire team engagement while maintaining high standards of customer service excellence.
