Job Title: Concierge
Locations: Hackensack, NJ; Englewood Cliffs, NJ; Springfield, NJ; East Brunswick, NJ
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Schedule: Multiple shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, days, evenings, and overnight shifts
Work Location: In person

Job Summary

Large Real Estate Development and Property Management Company is seeking professional and customer-focused Concierges for luxury residential apartment communities in multiple New Jersey locations, including Hackensack, Englewood Cliffs, Springfield, and East Brunswick.

Our residential buildings operate 24 hours a day, and we are hiring for multiple shifts to provide round-the-clock concierge coverage. Full-time and part-time positions are available, including weekend shifts. Some shifts may be 8 hours and some may be 10 hours, depending on the location and schedule.

This is a front-facing position, and the Concierge will serve as one of the first points of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to represent the property and company brand in a positive and welcoming manner.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in concierge services, front desk, hospitality, residential property management, security desk operations, or customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Provide excellent customer service and assist with resident questions or concerns
Monitor building access and follow property procedures
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Assist with package logging, notifications, and resident pickups
Maintain a professional presence in the lobby/front desk area
Communicate with management, maintenance, and leasing staff as needed
Report any issues, concerns, or unusual activity to the appropriate team member
Follow all company policies and property procedures
Support the overall resident experience within a luxury residential community
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior concierge, front desk, hospitality, customer service, security desk, or residential property experience preferred
Professional appearance and strong communication skills required
Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional in a busy environment
Basic computer skills required
Experience in a luxury residential, hotel, hospitality, or front desk setting is a plus
Must be available to work assigned shifts, which may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available
Multiple shifts available
Buildings operate 24 hours a day
Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available
Some shifts may be 8 hours and some may be 10 hours
Schedule will be discussed during the interview process

Pay

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
